My Role as a Product Designer
Conducted comprehensive user research and competitive analysis, along with stakeholder interviews, to shape a user-centered product strategy.
Synthesized insights into user personas and journey maps, leading to a clear problem statement that guided our design process.
Developed a robust information architecture and user flows, prioritizing intuitive navigation and efficient resource discovery to enhance meaningful user experiences.
Created low and high-fidelity wireframes, iterating through multiple usability testing cycles and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
Designed a scalable UI system that emphasizes accessibility, with responsive layouts and both light and dark modes to foster emotional connection.
Produced an interactive, high-fidelity prototype that showcases key user journeys and engaging micro-interactions.
Facilitated user testing sessions with target users, iterating on designs based on quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to ensure our solutions resonate with users.
For the Ecademia project, I adopted an iterative, user-centered design methodology that integrated elements of design thinking, lean UX, and agile development practices.
This comprehensive approach included rigorous user research, rapid prototyping, and continuous validation to ensure alignment with both user needs and business objectives throughout the product development lifecycle.
